The idea was born within the group of consultants of MFC. MFC ensured funding and approval of Chinese government officials. In cooperation with Goethe Institut, Beijing, MFC took charge of the planning and coordination of the event and secured support from the China Communications University and the Beijing Film Academy. MFC was responsible for designing and printing of marketing materials. Representative meetings and events were arranged. MFC provided on-site support and translations.
